riscaldare a fuoco lento finché non otterrete una crema ( non disperate se non
è troppo densa, ha bisogno di raffreddarsi ). Spegnete il fuoco e fate
raffreddare avendo cura di girarla di tanto in tanto finché non diventa sempre
